Chiotto
Chiotto Film is a young independent film production company, driven by the ambition to give space and a voice to emerging filmmakers whose work sits at the intersection of documentary and fiction, exploring cinema as a ground for experimentation and ongoing inquiry.
The original symbol features a feline drawn by Magda Guidi, paired with a custom brush-lettered logotype. The website offers an immersive experience of the company’s work, giving the images plenty of room to breathe. Its primary typeface, Special Gothic Condensed, recalls classic film posters as well as protest signs. It is paired with a simple, minimal grotesque chosen for maximum legibility.
